• 1) Barkedclub Memberships are renewed yearly on Jan of each year. 

2) Membership is non-transferable.

3) Membership may be revoked at Barkedclub’s discretion.

4) Membership benefits are not transferable. 

5) Active Membership requires a minimum quarterly spend of RM 300

6) Membership is by invite to Barkedclub customers who have achieved a minimum spend of RM 300. Barkedclub will extend an invitation to members who adhere to best practices when using Barkedclub services. 

Best Practices include 

• Speaking courteously and respectfully to Barkedclub service providers. 
• Follow through the agreed booking schedule with minimal cancellation and reschedule. 
• Has minimal out of scope request or demands for discounts.
• Excellent payment record.

The Barkedclub Membership benefits are as follows; 

• Personalised payment terms
• Personalised rate card (with discounted rate)
• Rescheduling flexibility and possible waiver of reschedule fee
• Recipient of goodie bags, gifts and birthday surprises when available.
• Priority slots and may be eligible for waiver of holiday rate. 
• Waiver of outside working hours fee
